Born and raised, where did you spend most of your days?

I was born and raised in Saskatoon.  When I was 4 years old my dad was transferred and we moved to Sacremento, California for 2 years.   We (the kids) couldn’t stand the heat so my dad asked to be transferred back to Saskatoon.  OMG – what the heck was I thinking…. and since when did parents listen to kids??   I loved spending my days around our backyard pool.

You can go anywhere do anything, tell me about it and would you come back… Please…

I think question 1 answers that…..I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii and if it’s anything like I imagine it to be it would be very hard to come back to snow flakes ever again, however,  I would need to make sure family came with me.

If we bought you a tape, cd, 8-track or Blu-ray, what would you want?

The Bee Gees – I learned to disco to their music.  Many happy memories!

Movie – The Notebook – I’m a hopeless romantic!

Somehow you know that tomorrow you are going to be stranded on a deserted island, what is the one item you would bring with you?

A book on how to survive on a deserted island.

The Doc is going to park his DeLorean in your driveway for a few days, what event would you go back in time to witness?

I would be in the audience at the Ed Sullivan show watching the Beatles perform.

We all have guilty pleasures, what’s yours? If you want to chicken out, you can just tell us the most unusual thing you know how to do…

Ice cream – OMG that’s cold though (refer to question 1).  Gosh I’m messed up!

Where is Waldo?

He’s smart so he’s somewhere warm ……… or the one Calgary fan at a Rider game!

Now for the business:

Ripple Effect Marketing is a great company to work for, True or False? Be careful, we are sensitive.

False – Ripple Effect Marketing is the BEST company to work for!

We really do think you are swell! What makes you so great at what you do?

I would say because I worked in the field as a rep for many years prior to management I’m able to relate to the reps and the challenges they face.

What gets you up in the morning? And don’t say an alarm clock.

Family and coffee!

Ernie has been known to say ‘executional excellence’, none of us know the exact meaning, what does it mean to you?

Personal:  Coloring my hair and having it turn out the color I want it to be – shoot that’s Loreal Excellence!  Business:  I’ve never heard Ernie say that phrase however to me it would mean everyone working as a team to their best ability from management to the field level to achieve success.

What role does technology play in your life? Ever walk into someone while texting?

Not a big role – as little as I can get away with.  I still prefer human interaction but must admit Skyping was a life saver for me when my daughter was away in China.  No,  I don’t text and walk but have had people bump into me.  I heard they are coming up with a mirror on the phone so people can walk and text at the same time.  Really, is that what this world is coming to??

What is your business goal? Personally I want to be a Dragon.

Continue to be loyal to REM and work hard for a few more years and then……….. Freedom 55 baby (o.k. 65 is the new 55 – you know what I mean)!
