Born and raised, where did you spend most of your days?

It all started in Mississauga, then Milton, then Dartmouth NS, then Burlington, and now and for as long a I can see forward Toronto. From what I am told when I was a kid if there was mud, I would find it. Not much has changed.

You can go anywhere do anything, tell me about it and would you come back… Please…

Well depends how far, if I stayed on this continent, Mexico, nice home on the water, living the dream. I've never been to Asia, but I have a feeling if and when I go there I may never come back. By my own choice of course, or maybe not?!

If we bought you a tape, cd, 8-track or Blu-ray, what would you want?

What's an 8-track? what's a tape? do people really by CDs anymore? Right now I'd prefer a digital version of anything the best album I have heard in a long time is Bastille - Bad Blood. Now I already have that I don't need another copy. As for movie, I'd love to see a great VHS copy of StarWars, without all of that George Lucas cash in crap, in the raw, as it was in 1977!

Somehow you know that tomorrow you are going to be stranded on a deserted island, what is the one item you would bring with you?

A sail boat! No one said I have to stay there right? I'd probably sail to the mainland, then I would build a small B & B on that island and charter trips there. Always making lemonade!

The Doc is going to park his DeLorean in your driveway for a few days, what event would you go back in time to witness?

Awesome! I hope garbage day is next week. I wouldn't have to go that far back, I'd go to 1991 and I'd want to check out Kowloon Walled City; don't know what it is? Google it! Essentially it was an un-goverened city just outside of Hong Kong, it was built by the people who lived there, it was built without regulations over 10 stories high. People would cross rooftops with ladders. I can't do it justice. Just google it and thank me later.

We all have guilty pleasures, what’s yours? If you want to chicken out, you can just tell us the most unusual thing you know how to do…

Nickleback, I like them, there I said it. I haven't listened to them in a long while, but I would in the private and I'd like it. But hey they are Canadian eh! so it can't be that bad. Can I change my answer?

Where is Waldo?

Probably lost in a castle of vampires, looking for his books with his friend the wizard. This guy CANNOT ask for directions. I don't know what Walda sees in him.

Now for the business:

Ripple Effect Marketing is a great company to work for, True or False? Be careful, we are sensitive.

True! We are always trying to improve, even when things go well we try to learn from it. We hold meetings before we take on a new task where our management team can ask questions, share opinions and help shape the program. We then hold the same meeting once the program is completed, a post-op, if you will. It is all about everyone feeling like they are part of something!

We really do think you are swell! What makes you so great at what you do?

I always try my hardest. Kind of a cliche answer, but it is true. Sometimes it takes me longer to complete a task but it is because I want it to be perfect. It is that level of excellence I strive for and I hope some of it is contagious with the rest of the team.

What gets you up in the morning? And don’t say an alarm clock.

Depends on the mornings, and what I was doing the night before. Sometimes its the dog, sometimes it is a workout... it's usually the dog

Ernie has been known to say ‘executional excellence’, none of us know the exact meaning, what does it mean to you?

He doesn't say this nearly as much as he thinks he does, but what it means to me is: Putting in 100% and making sure whatever the task we are trying to complete could not have gone any better/smoother. We can make mistakes, but what really matters is how we solved the issue. At the end of the day all that matters is if the client is happy, and if they are we achieved 'executional excellence'

What role does technology play in your life? Ever walk into someone while texting?

Pretty much everything I do touches technology in someway. Just to prove it, the last 30 minutes of my day: I brush my teeth with my electric toothbrush, my automatic bathroom light turns off, I get into bed I check my phone (News, Texts, Social Media etc.) then I plug in my phone, lastly I turn on my e-reader with a built in light (why not a book, why not an e-reader?) read, shut off my light, set my alarm by saying 'Google set my alarm for six forty-five' then I go to bed.

So, it plays a significant role.

What is your business goal? Personally I want to be a Dragon.

I wrote this question, I want to be a Dragon. I feel I could replace the wealthy barber guy, he doesn't really add much to the show.
